To keep things simple, fair, and affordable, we use a flat-rate shipping system based on weight to ship our plants. That means no surprises, no crazy calculations, and definitely no cacti holding your wallet hostage.

How It Works

Rather than charge you an arm, a leg, and a spiky handshake, we’ve set up flat shipping rates based on your order’s weight. The heavier your haul, the slightly heftier the shipping—but rest assured, we’ve kept it reasonable.

Here’s the breakdown:

    • 0lb–1.5lb: A little tumbleweed of a package—easy on the wallet, easy on the road. $6.99

    • 1.51lb–3lb: A sturdy little bundle, but still light enough to make the journey smooth. $9.99

    • 3.01lb–5lb: Just the right heft to make you feel accomplished—like carrying a baby cactus. $12.99

    • 5.01lb–12lb: This one’s got some weight—like a saddlebag full of desert goodies. $21.99

    • 8.01lb–16lb: A hefty haul, but still cheaper than a cowboy’s bar tab after a long ride. $32.99

    • 16.01lb–20lb: You’re serious about your cacti, and we’re serious about getting them to you. $39.99

    • 20.01lb–40lb: Now we’re talking—this order’s as grand as the Grand Canyon, and still a fair ride. $49.99

    • 40.01lb–50lb: A real cowboy’s load, packed with enough weight to make the shipping mules sweat. $92.99

    • 50.01lb–70lb: This package isn’t just a shipment—it’s an adventure. Saddle up! $133.99

    • 70.01lb–100lb: You’ve got enough cacti to start your own desert garden—shipping’s steep, but hey, it’s worth it. $179.99

     

When Will My Stuff Arrive?

We process orders faster than a desert jackrabbit—typically within 2-3 business days. Once it’s packed and ready to roll, shipping times depend on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, but if you live way out in the boonies, your package might need an extra minute to get there.

Is your cactus shriveling because it is too cold??

If temps drop below 0 Degrees, we will hold off on the shipment entirely until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens.

Lost, Stolen, or Mysteriously Vanished Packages

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safe and sound, but once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the shipping gods (aka USPS, FedEx, or UPS). If your package goes missing, give us a holler at sales@pricksandgiggles.com, and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

International Shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we’re sticking to domestic deliveries within the U.S. Stay tuned for updates.
